This was also a personal journey for me in that I switched from focusing on problems and instead looked for examples of what works. This was a profound experience for me at Blue Sky and change my whole approach to what is possible when people at all levels of the company focus on identifying and extending strengths ( individual, team and organisation) and they own the changes to the work and the topics for change.
