Joep C. de Jong is associate of the TAOS Institute, member of the council of Instituto IDEIA, part time teaches on the MSOD program at the American University (Washington), part time teaches Change Management at the Hotelschool The Hague, is guest lecturer on Appreciative Leadership for the David L. Cooperrider Center at Champlain, acts as speaker, coach and consultant on strength based change to a variety of organizations worldwide and is doing a PhD searching for ‘The Soul of the Appreciative Leader’.
In his already long successful career, primarily in business, he has been working in senior roles for organizations like Apple, Compaq, Tandem, Syntegra and BT.
Above all he is the proud father of 2 daughters (Maaike and Anne) and a son (Dirk) and grandfather of Ilse and Jochem. He lives with his partner Hanne on their houseboat near Spaarndam (Netherlands).
