Over the last 15 years, in my work as a consultant and trainer (public, private and non- governmental), I have supported customers with strategic planning, leadership development, team building and organizational development using AI and strength based approaches to development and learning. In addition, I teach Appreciative Inquiry and Applied Positive Psychology in Universities in Norway and Nicaragua.

I am also a founding Partner in Norway’s largest strengths-based consultancy company www.lent.no and collaborate with a number of skilled experts in the region.
