Since 1972 I’m living in Berlin, Germany. I’m a trained OD Consultant, Facilitator of LGI, EFQM Assessor and husband to a wonderful spouse, four kids and two grandchildren.

According to my philosophy bringing the „whole system in one room“ I love to work with organizations and networks who follow this approach when they want to transform, change or develop.

My customers include small and medium-sized enterprises medium-sized (SME’s) in various sectors, banks, public administration, kindergartens, youth welfare organisations, all-day schools, care facilities, intermediary organizations, development aid associations, parishes, operative foundations, football(soccer) club, quarter managements and municipalities.

Change agendas vary from creating an engaged, productive workplace – buildung a magnetic culture to attract talents, improving the competitiveness, merger, introduction of the new working methods for internal consultants to improving images of the education system in a suburb of Berlin, initiating local educational landscapes with all stakeholder, improving cooperation between different bodies and stakeholders, model development, the development of a common vision and operational planning, urban and municipal development, as well as team development, team start up workshops for new projects to guarantee excellent team work and results right from the beginning and leadership trainings to support culture change.

My framework is Appreciative Inquiry in which I integrate in accordance with the assignments and the customers culture Theorie U, Circle Work, Bohmsche Dialog, Open Space, RTSC, Future Search, Search Conference, World Café, Scenario Planning, experience-based learning sequences and coaching.

Education and Professional Experience:

Apprenticeship as industrial clerk, degree course (FH) in social work/social pedagogy. 1994 and 1995 training course consultant for organizational development at Doppler, Hinkel, Edding (TOPS BERLIN); EFQM ASSESSOR training 1996 at DGQ e.V.; since 1999 Learning Workshops LGI's: FUTURE SEARCH, OST, RTSC, APPRECIATIVE INQUIRY, THEORY U, DESIGN THINKING; 2009 - 2013, LINCOLN WORKSHOP SERIES with Jane M. Watkins, Ralph Kelly, Mette Jacobsgaard, Barbara Sloan; 2014 CPC with Ralph Weickel.
