I am an organisational transformation professional helping individuals, groups and organisations ‘get in gear’ (or shift to a higher gear…) for change and positive outcomes. I do this through flexible and practical use of strength-based approaches to OD (Appreciative Inquiry, Solution-focus and positive deviance)

I have a track record in designing and leading successful change interventions and training programmes in the areas of strategic planning, efficiency improvement, team building, coaching, leadership development, employee engagement and regulatory compliance.

My purpose is to create spaces of fresh thinking, uplift individuals, teams and organisations and generate different & exciting ways to see, feel and act. I enjoy supporting leaders and teams in creating inspiring visions for their future, in finding ways forward, thinking differently and unlocking possibilities – Even in very difficult situations.

Education and Professional Experience:

Completed NTL's AI practitioner certificate programme in 2010. Have 10+ years of experience working with AI in different organisations, and contexts. Prior to that, I worked as a business improvement leader at Johnson & Johnson through which I gained a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
