I am passionate by OD and Appreciative Inquiry that I started using AI about fifteen years ago, writing the first book in France on AI. I created the institute to foster AI in France and in Europe and our training program has been approved by the Weatherhead School of Management of the CWRU to fulfill the phase one of the Certification Program on Appreciative Inquiry for Positive Business and Society Change, IFAI’s professional training staff have been approved to coach individual field projects and coordinate appreciative inquiry interviews required for Phase Two of the Program and we partner with Professors Fry and/or Cooperrider to jointly conduct in France the Advanced Course in Appreciative Inquiry which constitutes Phase Three of the certification. We are also very concerned by Positive Psychology and we are running programs on Positive Psychology at Work. We also run courses on AI in France Universities and in the Anglia Ruskin University of Cambridge’s International Master in Positive Psychology.
