Rachel secured a CLAHRC funded PhD studentship at the University of Hertfordshire where she is employing Appreciative Inquiry methodologies with people living with dementia in long term care environments as part of her PhD studies. Rachel is a RN specialising in District Nursing in the community and has a passion for including people who will be affected by research in her studies.

BA(Hons), MSc, RN, DN. Professional experience includes over 20 years in health and social care.
