This is a wonderful video and very informative. It looks like a screen capture of a ZOOM call, or something similar.
I am considering using this technique to make a video and interview a colleague too.
One suggestion that I have, is to put the screen setting, to large screen format, so that the person speaking is the one that we are seeing. I imagine you wanted to show all of the participants, however, once the video is going, it is possible to switch to large screen format. Each time a new person speaks, we would see them in large screen format.
