The attached documents include:

1) Summary of findings in each category of the questions.

2) The protocol for interveiws.

3) A final paper for the author's graduate studies which focuses on creating an ideal organization. The focus is on the community as an organization. The paper includes ideas for media.

The focus of this project was on how young people contribute to the health and well-being of their communities. The interviews were conducted at a national conference on positive youth development hosted by Search Institute. The Search Institute also has a great model which may be of use to you (40 Developmental Assets). The author of these documents went to the conference to assist Bliss Brown, from Imagine Chicago in a pre-conference session.
