“Core Process”is a way for an individual to discover their unique talent and purpose. It’s an Ai into a person. You look at the times of your life when you have been most alive and fulfilled, create some words to describe one of them and then distil them down, with help, to a simple phrase that you remember for ever. Mine is “Creating Awareness”. It can give people energy and direction and has sometimes led to major life changes. The implications for organisations, if people knew their own and each others unique talents, and were using them at work are profound. Work would be happier, more fulfilling and more effective.

The method is easy, quick, powerful, fun to do and all “open source” so anyone can use it.

It is not my invention, Chris Bull and others gave it away freely. I wish to spread this remarkable tool in the same spirit.

It’s potentially useful for anyone. I know it’s worked for people from 14 to 80 and in countries as far apart as Kyrgyzstan and Outer Mongolia as well as the UK, Canada and the US.
