The video of Susan Boyle’s singing “I dreamed a
dream” on Britain’s Got Talent. Fits excellently into beginning the DREAM phase of an AI. If you haven’t seen this you can view it at

3 min video by Dewitt Jones called More Than One Right Answer. In More Than One Right Answer, best selling author Dewitt Jones reminds us that it’s usually easy to find one right answer.
The challenge; however, lies in finding new answers and angles. It is amazing what we can discover when we look for multiple right answers to our problems and challenges. In true Dewitt
Jones fashion, this beautiful short film is perfect for any organization looking to open people’s minds to new ideas and ways of thinking.

Recently I used the video ‘How to Start A Movement’ – people really enjoyed it. A great reminder that you are not a leader until someone follows you! Video is only 3 mins. www.ted.com/talk/derek_sivers_how_to_start_a_movement.html

Donella Meadows was a very renown Systems Thinker who wrote some influent books on the field. One of those is “Thinking in Systems” (a very bright introduction to the field).
There’s a video of her speaking about Vision and how it’s been forgotten when people jump to action without building a vision first. She explains how her building an internal vision allowed her to see things already happening that she didn’t noticed before.
I found that it very well relate to Appreciative Inquiry and also found it intriguing that Vision (we’d say Dream) coming *before* Discovery nourished it and not the other way round.
The video (around 30 minutes) is available here:

This TED talk by Brene Brown might appeal. (I really like it and I wish she went more into how each of us could become “wholehearted” and “courageous” – of course there is an answer in the processes of AI and my sense is she doesn’t
know it. One thing I liked about it was the naming of “shame” as a universal drag on life – and we know that the processes of AI displace shame. http://www.ted.com/talks/brene_brown_on_vulnerability.html

The recent story of Ted Williams, the homeless guy with the golden voice in Columbus Ohio might qualify. 3 days ago he was on an onramp with a sign and a cup. This morning he was on the Today show.

From Robyn Stratton-Berkessel –
A video that speaks AI to me, especially about co-constructing and shaping our
conversations and realities is a TED Talk by Ami Mullins, called
‘The Opportunity of Adversity”

From BRUCE ELKIN:
The shorter one below, in which she talks about the poetry and whimsy that go into the design of her prosthetic legs uplifted me, validated some of my thinking and stretched other aspects of it to higher heights.
