“When boat maker Will Hayes moved to Port Clinton to help a friend build his boat, he didn’t plan to stay.
He had visited the city several times as a child, but he didn’t really know much about it beyond the lake activities he enjoyed. But once he had lived here a while, he came to recognize the city’s potential to be a great place to live.
Now, five years later, Hayes is heading up Voice to Vision, a citizen-led initiative whose goal is to create a community-wide vision and a comprehensive long-range plan for the city.
