The 10 Steps of Appreciative Team Building© and the 48 Positive Questions are created based on the rationale of Appreciative Inquiry (“AI”), a strength-based process for building teamwork, trust and collaboration, enhancing employee engagement, generating a spirit of creativity and innovation, and ensuring result-oriented commitment to a shared mission, vision and strategy. It is a generative approach that allows team members to see achieve their greatest potential and hold themselves accountable for end results.
