Currently I am the Chair of the Department of Rehabilitation Counseling at Virginia Commonwealth University. I provide education and training related to leadership development, wellbeing, including Appreciative Leadership. I consider myself to be a life long learner and value the opportunity to learn and share with others toward fostering full spectrum flourishing.
