My passion is bringing Appreciative Inquiry to those who long for a simple and effective way to create amazing relationships, inspired teams, and organizations/communities that thrive. I am first and foremost an ardent learner. I am also an author, trainer, facilitator, teacher, Mom, wife, and volunteer. I also love experimenting with futurists and visionaries, playing at the edge of what’s possible. We are just a couple of leaps away from creating innovative systems and community/business models that promise a world where everyone can flourish.

Education and Professional Experience:

Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a specialization in Collaborative Learning. MA in Transpersonal Psychology. MBA with emphasis in management. Level 2 certification in the Barrett Cultural Values Assessment Tool, Level 2 Spiral Dynamics certification. I have worked in all sectors and much of my professional experience has been predominantly with educational institutions, community development organizations, and healthcare. Author/Co-Author of numerous books and articles. Newest book, Conversations Worth Having, will be published by Berrett Koehler in May 2018.
