A hands-on change agent & effective business partner, Dana provides expertise in the areas of strategic, succession & talent planning; leadership & executive coaching; organizational design; process improvement; mergers & acquisitions; sales, service & organization development. She has a knack for helping companies execute on their strategic plans & is a driver of sales, service, succession, leadership & new business development opportunities.
Dana has academic teaching experience, namely for the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business & Duquesne University’s Center for Corporate & Executive Education. She has been a speaker for state associations and companies throughout her career. Moreover, she has designed, delivered, facilitated, and project managed Leadership Development Programs to executive and senior leaders dating back to 2006. Additionally, Dana participated with the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium for an executive, global leadership development program. She was also an online facilitator for the Global Appreciative Inquiry Leadership Conference held in Nepal, with David Cooperrider officiating.
