Daniel Richardsson, Principal with Styrkebaserad i Sverige AB (Strength Based in Sweden, Inc.), is an organizational consultant and teacher of Appreciative Inquiry for Strength-Based Change Management at the Mid Sweden University, Östersund. Daniel works also as a facilitator and service designer at the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth.
As a facilitator and guide for both short- and long-term initiatives and development processes, Daniel inspires leaders, employees, researchers, and students to take bold steps to practice, explore and learn how to successfully use Appreciative Inquiry and other strength-based processes and behaviors.
Daniel specializes in applying these approaches to team and leadership development, employee engagement, and change management.
