I am a 33+ year global communications professional now focusing on values-based leadership, organizational culture and coaching. I have founded ComMundi Group Inc. in Montreal, Canada to develop a global practice in these areas, and am seeking best practice and like-minded professionals with whom to partner. Education and Professional Experience:

I discovered appreciative inquiry during the Values-Based Leadership Graduate Certificate program at Royal Roads University (graduate June 2018), and continue to explore and develop my competency in it as a student of RRU's Executive Coaching Program. I would like to focus my practice on AI and the Barrett model, in which I am certifying in July 2018. I graduated from McGill University in 1986.
