Fernando (Fer) is a coach and consultant with a passion for helping individuals, teams, organizations, and societies to discover their strengths, identify opportunities, and create a plan with meaningful results for positive change.
Fer has been integrating Strengths-based and Relationship Systems Intelligence practices into coaching, teaching, outdoor training, and consulting. He works with organizations in leadership solutions, team development, executive coaching, and strategic planning.
His training and experience allow him to objectively incorporate different groups of people to work together positively towards a common goal. He draws his experience from working in different milieus such as Spain, India, Egypt, Nepal, Tanzania, Turkey, and Perú.
His studies and training come from highly recognized institutions in North America, Europe, and Latin America. He holds a M.A. in Group Psychology from the University of Barcelona (Spain) and a B.A. from the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Lima (Perú). He is a recent graduate from the Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner Certification at the Stiller School of Business (Champlain College, USA) where he was a student of David Cooperrider, Lindsey Godwin, Pru Sullivan, Jackie Kelm, Joep C. De Jong and Jackie Stavros, the creators and lecturers of The Prestigous David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry, the global Center of Excellence in Appreciative Inquiry and strengths-based organizational management.
He is an ICF certified coach graduated from ORSC™ certification program at CRR Global (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) and a CTPC™ – Team Performance Coach and is certified in Leadership Circle Profile™ and Team Diagnostic™ assessments. Fer is an Associate of the Taos Institute.
Specialized in adventure activities and inspiring experiences used to create earning opportunities for personal and interpersonal development, Fer has designed a Strengths-Based / Andes Leadership Trek with Llamas!! Herein, Fer uses techniques derived from Appreciative Inquiry, Team Diagnostics, among others, to help teams work together in a natural setting.

Fer also received extensive professional Experiential Learning training in organizations such as Where There Be Dragons (Sierra Nevada, EEUU), Outward Bound (Spain), the National Outdoor Leadership School (Nols Patagonia) and he feels tremendously grateful for fomenting his passion for climbing mountain ranges like Himalayas, Alaska, Caucasus, Andes, Pyrenees, and Alps.
He is currently based in Lima and holds Peruvian and Spanish citizenship.
