Mr. Wagner is a certified Whole System and Appreciative Inquiry Coach and Facilitator with nearly three decades of experience working both in the US and globally with federal, state, local government teams, private corporations, military teams, associations, and not for profit organizations. Mr. Wagner brings clients his years of experience leading teams, delivering full-scale HR operations, and organizational development assignments in challenging domestic and international settings. He has served many times as a principal adviser to C-suite Executives, Federal Senior Executives, and leadership teams on strategic, operational and tactical people program challenges.
As a human capital and organizational effectiveness consultant, Mr. Wagner combines the formal learning behind Appreciative Inquiry with his own practical, hands-on experience as a military, corporate and civic leader. He excels at translating customer-led business vision into efficient organization designs, effective processes, people-friendly change management and technology-enabled reality. He possesses a unique perspective gained working across industries in private and public sectors and in international experience. He is skilled at engaging the day-to-day experts in developing breakthrough solutions to reshape missions and purposes into what is possible and sustainable.

Mr. Wagner has a Masters in HR Administration from Central Michigan University. His professional development and certifications include Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR); Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP); Super-user SAP, PeopleSoft and Lawson; Lead Auditor, International Standards Organization; Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence Standards; Whole Systems IQ and Appreciative Inquiry Coach and Facilitator.
