Working with others in a team inspires me. My family, friends and people I work with appreciate me for the tranquility I bring, as well as new/different perspectives and insights and profoundness but also levity and good humor (the ultimate profoundness :-).
I’m fortunate that I can reflect and in complex situations I can see the bigger picture. I can see the underlying patterns and have learned how to turn those around to create lasting change. It’s very rewarding to see people and organizations get ‘unstuck’, shift and experience more succes and joy.
I’m always inquiring into what’s going on, and how we can play and create flow. When I did my first appreciative inquiry in 1999 I experienced how transformative the right questions, conversations and stories can be. Ever since I immersed myself in method and philosophy deeply. And through the years I helped dozens of organizations and countless people to create desired change. Ultimately and essentially inquiring appreciatively is more that method and philosophy, it’s a way of life and being. And it’s always work/play in progress, a never ending dance of creating. Wanna dance?
