Jacqueline is the founder and Managing Director of Sequoia Group. She leads an active practice with her dynamic consulting team of 12 talented and diverse Sequoians, specializing in the fields of Strategic Planning; Change and Stakeholder Engagement; Leadership Development and Organisational Learning. Sequoia’s mission is to create organisations that are truly worthy of people’s commitment.
With over 20 years of leadership development and consulting experience, Jacqueline is a creative and insightful facilitator, teacher and coach. She brings new perspectives and insights to her work in supporting leaders who are navigating transformational change. She is a board member of the International Journal of Appreciative Inquiry (AIP) and has contributed to several feature choice articles focusing on the use of AI in policy, governance and societal change. She is also a board member of the Sports Excellence Business Advisory Board in Singapore.
She lives in Singapore with her husband, Shang, and their two children, Daniel and Marrisa.
Education and Professional Experience:
Jacqueline holds a Masters of Science in Positive Organization Development (MPOD) with the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University (CWRU). She is also the founder of Imagine Singapore and contributes actively in organizational development communities as an author, speaker, facilitator and resource person.
