I am a certified leadership coach specializing in appreciative inquiry and emotional intelligence. I have worked for the federal government for over 32 years and bring an appreciative approach to leading change in bureaucratic organizations. I coach leaders on how to practice creative leadership and overcome challenges that come with leading change. I also own a business, LTR Leadership, where I provide AI and EI consulting, coaching and training.
