Mark is an AI Practitioner and has spent many years researching and applying Appreciative Inquiry (AI) techniques. He is at the cutting edge of applying Appreciative Inquiry to strategic, branding and marketing issues as well as personal and organisational development. He is a certified Agent for Positive Change using Appreciative Inquiry’s principles as led by Robyn Stratton-Berkessel – renowned Positivity Strategist, and operates in Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Education and Professional Experience:

BA (Hons) in Business Strategy, Diploma of UK's Chartered Institute of Marketing, Diploma in Further Education Teaching, Certified Positivity Strategist and Life-Purpose Coach. Mark has run his own branding consultancy in Singapore for the past 22 years and set up Mark Grudzinski Consulting in Indonesia five years ago to further the principles of Appreciative Inquiry for both businesses and individuals.
