Martin is a Business Psychologist (or Occupational or Industrial Psych, depending on where you’re based!) and Director of Work Positive Ltd, a UK based consultancy business that provides consulting, training and coaching.

Martin is also the co-developer of the At My Best tools, which help facilitate an appreciative approach (e.g. www.atmybest.com) in a range of contexts.
