She deploys IDEA (her ‘Appreciative Inquiry’ inspired Coaching model) for Leadership, Team & Systemic Coaching.

Neena is trained & certified in ‘Appreciative Inquiry’ by Professors David Cooperrider & Ronald Fry (Co-creators of Appreciative Inquiry) at WSOM-CWRU, OH, USA. She is MBTI, HOGAN & EUM-I certified professional, and certified Master Practitioner of NLP. She is an accredited Sensitivity Trainer & Professional Member of NTL Institute, USA. Neena earned her doctorate in ‘Organization Behaviour & Development’ from University of Delhi. She is an alumnus of SRCC & Delhi School of Economics (with University prize), University of Delhi.
