She is a professional member of NTL Institute. She is a Certified Professional Coach (ICA Australia) with PCC Credential from ICF. She is AI Thought Leader with four different AI application frameworks to her credit. Her AI book (Appreciative Inquiry – Practitioners Guide for Generative Change & Development) is well received internationally. She has designed & lead edited ‘AI Practitioner’ Feb 2013 & Nov 2016 issues. She has served asInternational Advisory Board Member in past two WAICs in South Africa & Belgium.
