I have been an educator including an academic role working in education and research for the last 25 years. I have worked with many networks supporting them in their process to embed an Appreciative Inquiry approach. My experiences include early childhood academic, higher education lecturer & course coordinator, education consultant, higher education academic staff developer and leadership coach) and have multiple testimonials of my excellence in guiding and supporting staff in education and leadership. I have facilitated small to large workshops for over 15 years and have always received the highest level of participant feedback. I am also the recipient of teaching & research awards.
