I have been using AI with clients since 2010 after becoming a certified facilitator in June of 2010. I have facilitated sessions with large groups and have also delivered AI training sessions for approximately 60 trainees. I was part of a team that used AI for strategic planning in education, a process where more than 400 stakeholders were meaningfully engaged. I believe strongly in the AI method as a way to build relationships and as a way to gather valuable input that helps organizations stretch for a better tomorrow rather than being rooted in (or limited by) today’s possibilities.
