My field of practice: leading/managing an executive school in Organization Development and an AI Practitioner in the country (Philippines) and in some ASEAN countries.

I trained in AI with David and Diana in 2000. Ever since I have been actively engaged in the following initiatives: developing learning sessions running on an AI platform, consulting, coaching & mentoring engagements for key leaders of organizations especially, church & community groups, advising researchers using AI either as theoretical framework or research methodology, developing customized learning programs on AI platform for a big media network and a branch of the military in the country and , organizing national assemblies on AI and its developments & applications, organized two ASIAN-wide AI Conferences, participating in ASEAN & world AI assemblies and a few publications on AI.

I continue advocacy of AI’s spirit across groups in the country. I am happy and proud to state: AI is now palpable in different organizations in my country.

Education and Professional Experience:

My Bachelor's Degree: AB-BSE in History... My Graduate Degree: MA in Instructional Development... My PhD is in Organization Development...My professional experience is a mix of leadership in Education and in OD. I do teach adult classes/learning sessions. I head organizations; sit as board member in about 7 organizations. I am actively involved in neighborhood/church activities and initiatives.

Areas of Interest:

Learning with people, community development, exploring new and disruptive ideas (research and trying out incubation projects)...and simply "moving around" to look and see things and people around.
