I am a strengths-based BPS chartered organisational psychologist with special expertise in Appreciative Inquiry and other dialogic methodologies such as Open Space, World Cafe and Simu-Real. I am also on the faculty of the International Masters in Applied Positive Psychology. I work directly with organisations in Europe to help with challenges such as motivation, organisational change and growth, and employee engagement and morale. I also talk and teach around the world, particularly Australia. I am a published author in this area.
