I am presently an Associate Professor of Fisheries, Department of Fisheries , Lagos State University. My research interest include Small scale fisheries, Fisheries Management, and Fisheries Economics. I am interested in organisation of the small-scale fisheries as to why it is faced with wicked problem.
I am interested in participating in collaborative research which try solve problems of poverty reduction or alleviation in fisheries. I have found the concept of Appreciative Inquiry very interesting and apt at changing the think vortex to a positive one within an organisation.
