Since 2006, I have worked at AI Practitioner, the International Journal of Appreciative Inquiry. My initial contribution as a proofreader has grown, so that I’m now the issue editor, responsible for editing, layout and day-to-day issues for the journal. As an independent editor, I also help authors and writers craft their writing in many areas from fiction to theses and dissertations, with a focus on the areas of Appreciative Inquiry, resilient leadership and strengths-based disciplines.
