I have been involved in Appreciative Inquiry work since 1995. I was initially introduced to the work by Jane Magruder Watkins. I was having trained with Gervase Bushes and Diana Whitney.

I have three AI practice areas: 1) accelerated planning, 2) religious and nonprofit organizations, and 3) community collaborations for social change.

Education and Professional Experience:
