Co-director of Appreciating People, Suzanne is an organisational development practitioner, specialising in a strength based approach to change. She is an experienced facilitator/trainer and event organiser, and practiced in the use of World Cafe and Open Space Technology. She offers seminars and master classes on Appreciative Inquiry and Positive Psychology, and organisational learning. Co-Author of highly recommended training resources and articles on AI, she speaks at national events and international conferences.
