As the founder and president of Karlin Sloan & Company Ms. Sloan provides organization development consulting, training and executive coaching to clients the U.S., South America and Asia. She has helped organizations to develop clearer, more effective communication, enhanced teamwork and powerful leadership in times of growth and change.

Experienced as a keynote speaker, Ms. Sloan has been featured on Fox Channel Five’s “Good Day New York” and Boston Cable Network’s “The Art of Coaching”. Her client list includes Citigroup, Corning, MTV Networks, Jose Cuervo International, Starcom MediaVest Group, Columbia University, and The United Nations.

As an active member of the coaching community, Ms. Sloan is a member of The Executive Coaching Summit,and a frequent speaker on coaching and appreciative inquiry.

Ms. Sloan has published in OD Practitioner magazine, ASTD'S Leadership and OD News, The International Journal of Coaching in Organizations, and Pfizer's Coaching Newsletter, as well as publishing her own on-line newsletter, Momentum.

Ms. Sloan has a master’s degree in clinical psychology, and executive coach certification through the William James Institute Center for Executive Coaching. She has been featured in The Los Angeles Times, The Christian Science Monitor, Fortune Small Business Magazine and numerous other publications as an expert in workplace behavior.
