Areas of Interest:
As a positivity strategist my mission is to enable people, whoever they are, to elevate and amplify the collective capacity in their organizations and communities, so that everyone feels empowered as co-creators of their own futures. My strength is designing and facilitating trainings, workshops and summits. I create and produce resources to help people to be their best, for example a podcast show, a book, an iPad application. I coach leaders.
In my weekly podcast show, Positivity Strategist you'll hear conversations with thought leaders and everyday people who shine the light on what works and amplifies the every day, micro-moments of positivity, irrespective of what else is going on.
In my interactive talks and keynotes I aim to connect to every person and touch their positive core. My stories come from all walks of life and from all over the world. My TEDxNavesink, "Playful Inquiry, try this anywhere" is such an example.
My book, "Appreciative Inquiry for Collaborative Solutions: 21 Strength-based Workshops" is highly practical and the workshops have been downloaded by 1000s of people all over the world.
My iPad app, Embracing Change, coaches the readers through the 4-D cycle on the topic of embracing change.
