I am an Organisational Development Practitioner currently working in the NHS in Wales. I have a background in child and adolescent mental health and through this and the work I get to do now, have a passion for supporting people to develop and grow in all their uniqueness and possibility. I bring a dialogical OD approach to the work I get to be a part of, informed by multiple strands of practice – appreciative inquiry, coordinated management of meaning and complexity thinking – blended together with healthy doses of curiosity, irreverence and openness to the value of not always being right.
