John is specialised in Appreciative Inquiry, THE positive change intervention, since 1997 (trained by a.o. prof. dr. David Cooperrider (USA) and prof. dr. John Rijsman (NL). I combine expertise in: – Consultancy in Strategic Planning, Organization Development and HRD – Management coaching and counselling – Interim-management, Project-management and Training. with many years of implementing experience in the Netherlands and CEE-countries. I am founder of the Croatian Association for Appreciative Inquiry, member of the European AI Network and AI-Consulting Netherlands.
