Ms. Lustig is an experienced strategic foresight and change consultant with a background in organisation development and change management, who has delivered major change management and capacity building programmes within blue chips, the public sector and the not-for-profit worlds. Ms. Lustig’s career began in IT and moved into the area of organisational development, capacity building and strategy. She has worked for major organisations in the USA, Europe and Asia. She has written numerous articles and is the author Strategic Foresight: Learning from the Future, Triarchy Press (2015) and co-author of two other books.
