ILSA H. DUVERNEY is Founder/ Chairman/CEO of Caribbean Centre for Organisation Development Excellence (CARI-CODE) and the Caribbean Organisation Development Network. Having founded, IN 1988, she started PRODUCTIVITY PLUS LTD She holds degrees from the University of the West Indies (BA 1985) Communication & Social Sciences and the University of Cincinnati (MA 1995) Psychology and Human Resources Development, in collaboration with NTL-National Training Laboratories –Institute for Applied Behavioural Sciences. Mrs. duVerney is a Certified Orgnisation Development Process Consultant and trained as a trainer t She is a certified Work Team Coach and is trained in Extended DISC behavioural assessment and has a Yellow Belt Certificate in Lean Six Sigma. She has designed and facilitated several workshops for educators and trainers in the Caribbean region and has been given an award for creating opportunities in HRD by the University of Cincinnati and NTL
