Laura is the Chairperson of Open Quest Facilitation Technology in Taiwan and Shanghai. She is the first Asian Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and also an assessor. She specializes in facilitating breakthrough to desired change in individuals and organizations. She had been a board member of Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) International representing Taiwan. She is certified as ICA Technology of Participation method as the practitioner and trainer, with the title of CToPF and CToPT. She was the Asian regional representative (2003-2005) for IAF. She has a BA in International Business Management from National Taiwan University and a certificate in Positive Social Change in Appreciative Inquiry from the Management School of Case Western Reserve University.
