For 35 years, I have been a change agent in public and non-public education, communities, businesses, and with families and individuals. At the core of my work is always the intent to unleash the capacity of people to effectively lead and manage changes they envision in work and in life. I have a doctorate in Education Administration, a Certificate in Mediation and Conflict Studies, a Practitioner Certificate in Appreciative Inquiry, and in 2015, co-authored “A Positive Manifesto – How Appreciative Schools Can Transform Public Education” and co-founded the Center for Appreciative Organizing in Education www.aoeducation.net. Chicago is my current hometown.
